L’Hospital de Sang (= the blood hospital) is as a triangular section cavern as a triangular gallery that cross one wall of conglomerate rock in the crest of La Cort Fosca from range of L’Obac. One short wall of stones leaving just one door was built in its main entrance to better close the place and to stop the wind.
L’Hospital de Sang is hidden by the forest at the bottom of a short channel. It’s not seen until you’re there. In the war of Carlins, in s.XIX, L’Hospital de Sang indeed served as a hospital to attend wounded partisans. L’Hospital de Sang benefits from water that springs in attached cave of Cort Fosca.
